All conference sessions will be held in this hotel. Make your accommodations reservations early. All reservations subject to hotel availability. Rooms at NCORE rate are available until May 8, 2006, or until room block sells out, whichever comes first. A credit card or deposit for a first night is required to guarantee a room reservation. All room rates are subject to a 15.4 percent room tax.

About The Congress Plaza:
The Congress Plaza is a Historic 113-year-old hotel (web address: www.congressplazahotel.com ). It is an older hotel, and as such, they are not fully ADA compliant in all areas. If you have special needs, please contact Shari Ransley, NCORE Logistics Coordinator (405-292-4177). She will assist you in finding other hotel accommodations. Also, the union labor and the hotel representatives are currently negotiating a new contract, but no agreement has been reached yet. The hotel assures NCORE that there will be no disruption in service. All room rates are subject to a 15.4 percent room tax. |
