S-SCH10 when reserving your room to ensure receipt of the conference rate. Reservations must be guaranteed by one night’s deposit or by major credit card. Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to arrival date. Check‑in time is 3:00 p.m.  Check‑out time is 11:00 a.m. All rooms are subject to room tax. Conference rates for sleeping rooms are honored three days prior and three days post conference (subject to availability)
