Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to arrival date. Check‑in time is 3:00 p.m.  Check‑out time is 11:00 a.m. All rooms are subject to room tax. Conference rates for sleeping rooms are honored three days prior and three days post conference (subject to availability)
