Registration Fee includes: |
- Access to One Pre-Conference Institute,
- Access to
all Conference Sessions and Special Events over the five-day conference period
- Access to an Institute Luncheon on Tuesday, June 1; a Welcoming Reception on Wednesday, June 2; Continental Breakfasts on Thursday, June 3 and Friday, June 4; and a Luncheon on Saturday, June 5.

Pre-Registration and Payment is Required: |
On-site check-in services will be available from 1:00–8:00 p.m. on Monday, May 31 (Memorial Day) and throughout conference dates from 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. starting on Tuesday, June 1 through Saturday, June 5, 2010. |

Cancellation/Refund Policy: |
| Refunds for any registration will be made a less 25% processing charge per each registration for which we receive an advance written cancellation via e-mail by May 10, 2010. No Refunds will be made after May 10, 2010. Prepaid registrants who find they are unable to attend may send a delegate in their place without penalty. Please send e-mail to outreachrr@ou.edu |

No-Shows: |
| If you are Pre-registered and Do Not attend the conference, you will be assessed the full conference fee for which you have registered.

Group Discount |
| Special Large-group discounted rates are available for groups of 30 or more registrants. A discount of 10 percent will be applied to each registration from a single institution that sends 30 or more registrants. |
|
Partial Attendance |
There are No “Partial Attendance” registration fees. Guest tickets for meal functions will be available on-site for purchase.

Continuing Education Units (CEUs) |
Continuing Education Units may be earned at the rate of 1 CEU for 10 hours of documented attendance at one institute of your choice. No partial credit. |
